BUT, on the other hand, if you are looking for a fun-loving bunch of clean, professionals who are easy to get along with, and make room rental AWESOME, then look no further. This house is fully furnished with nice, modern furniture and appliances, and we've got the utilities covered (electricity, water, gas, internet, trash, common area maintenance, etc.) You will have access to the entire house including living room, office, kitchen with everything needed to cook, dining room, deck outside, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi throughout the house . . . Yup. ALL INCLUDED in the price of the room and won't vary from month to month. Even when we're not busy at work, you will find myself and the other roommates to be fun and easy to hang around. To be fair, hanging out with your roommates is not “required,” (we are after-all busy adults) . . . but, most people say that we attach such a great group or renters, and it's hard NOT to want to get to know the others. Well, right now we have a spaciou bedroom in the basement with access to a full bath as a part of a massive 2000 sq ft 6 bedroom, 3 bath house. The home is located 10 minutes from Arrowhead and 15 minutes from KC power and light.
